11.02.2018:Get together meeting of SNATTA Asansol SSA held successfully

Get together meeting of Asansol SSA was held on 11-02-2018 from 11:00 AM onward at NIB Building, Durgapur Telephone Exchange, Near Garage more in the presence of Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha/CS-SNATTA WB, Mr. Gauri Shankar Prasad/CT-SNATTA WB & Priya Ranjan Kumar/VP-SNATTA WB.

Mr.Vidyut Roy/Ex. CT/SNATTA WB, Mr. Ajay Baskey/Ex District Secretary, Mr. Mahamudul Hasan and Mr.Rajesh Kumar/ Ex. SNATTA WB members were also present in the meeting.

All Ex. body members of SNATTA WB elaborately explained about SNATTA from beginning to present and the achievements of SNATTA. 

The meeting was systematically presided by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh ji,DP/ SNATTA Asansol SSA Mr. Atanu Roy, DS /SNATTA Asansol SSA described in details about role of SNATTA, fund collection etc.

Vice president & Circle Treasurer of  SNATTA WB described about newly elected SNATTA WB Circle body's achievements. 

     Lastly Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha,CS /SNATTA WB  elaborated about past achievements of SNATTA and desired for moving forward with legal and logical demands of JE cadre and made confident that JEs are the most energetic cadre of BSNL. He  described about notification of JTO LICE 2016-17& 2017-18 and about CEC Delhi meeting and  the fund of SNATTA WB.

After successful meeting of SNATTA WB delegates with  GM(HR & Admin.), DGM (HR & Admin.), AGM (HR & Admin.) and SDE(S-II) of WBTC the information regarding stipend of new JEs is being shared by all.

It is also good news for JE to be nominated for installation work of CDOT MAX NG which will be installed at Jalapaiguri Main Exchange. JEs of COB,GTK, JLP, MDA, RNJ and SLG SSAs may get the hands on knowledge of CDOT NGN switch. This will be the future of our Landline business.

Date: 08-02-2018: Meeting of SNATTA WB delegates with GM (CFA) / WBTC

Successful meeting was held between SNATTA WB delegates and Hon’ble GM (CFA)/WBTC on 08-02-2018 regarding development related issues of CFA in BSNL WBTC .All the genuine agendas were put up in front of him by Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha, CS /SNATTA WB.

 He appreciated Mr. Himansh Shekher Jha, CS / SNATTA WB, Mr. Vikash Kumar Jaiswal, ACS/SNATTA WB, Mr. Abhishek Rana, Working President/SNATTA WB, Mr. Priyaranjan Kumar, VP/ SNATTA WB and the other members present for raising these issues. Landline and Broadband are facing huge loss and negative growth due to dirt cheap mobile tariff around the telecom sector.

He went through each and every pont with positive attitude and assured us to take every necessary step for the development.

Date: 08-02-2018: Meeting with AGM (HR & Admn) and SDE S-II / WBTC

A very successful meeting was held between SNATTA WB delegates and Hon’ble AGM (HR & Admin.) and SDE (Staff-II)/ WBTC. Both of them listened issues with positive mindset and assured us to take every possible step as soon as possible from their side.
Following agenda points were put up in front of them by our CS/SNATTA WB.

1. Status of Vacancy Calculation of JTO LICE for the vacancy year of 2016-17 & 2017-18.
2. Regular Publication of Rule-8 list of JEs in Sancharika and It is also requested to update the status at regular intervals.
3. Status of the Rule-8 JE applicants who have completed their 5 years of service and waiting for their transfer.
4. Inclusion of JE cadre in all Departmental Training and Upgradation Program to cope up with latest technologies in BSNL.
5. Settlement of Stipend and Salary related issues of New JEs of WBTC.

03-02-2018:Meeting of SNATTA WB Delegates with GM/(HR & Admin) and DGM/ (HR & Admin)/WBTC

Congratulations !! to all the JEs of WBTC

Today (03.02.2018)the delegation of SNATTA WBTC  leadership consisting of Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha / CS- SNATTA WB along with Mr. Jay Prakash Narayan/CC- SNATTA WB, Mr. Abhishek Rana / Working CP-SNATTA WB, Mr Vikash Kumar Jaiswal / ACS SNATTA WB and Priya Ranjan Kumar/VP- SNATTA WB, had a great meeting with Hon'ble GM(HR & Admin.) / WBTC & DGM (HR & Admin.) / WBTC and AGM (HR & Admin) / WBTC.

First of all  SNATTA WB delegation team wished happy new year to all of them with flower bookey and our Association table Calendar etc. After that our CS submitted the chart of important points:

ANOTHER GOOD NEWS !! SUCCESSFUL MEETING WITH GM(Rectt.) HELD ON 15.01.2018 AT DELHI

Dear beloved JE Friends, 

Our GS, Mr. Anup Mukherjee and Mr. Sunil Gautam / Dy. GS, SNATTA CHQ arranged a meeing with GM(Rectt.) along with Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha, CS / SNATTA WB ,Mr. Abhishek Rana / Working President SNATTA WB and Mr. Suresh Kumar / CS SNATTA CTD at 04:30 PM on 15.01.2018. The discussion was very positive about notification of  JTO LICE. He assured in the meeting full cooperation from Recruitment Cell to publish the notification for JTO LICE after getting the vacancy details from the Establishment Cell.  

He also assured to team SNATTA in the meeting to make the JTO LICE notification regularly.

Thus friends, we are sure that notification of upcoming JTO LICE will be published soon. But continuous persuasion at each and every circle level is necessary. 

So friends come together with unity because Unitedly We Can Achieve Our Goals !

GOOD NEWS!! Successful meeting held with GM(Est) on 15.01.2018.

Today,a team of SNATTA met with GM (Estt.) Shri. Keshab Rao Ji to discuss about the issue of conducting next JTO LICE.The delegation was led by GS Shri Anup Mukherjee and other leaders Shri. Sunil Gautam Dy.GS/SNATTA,Shri Himanshu Shekher Jha CS/SNATTA WB ,Shri. Abhisek Rana Working President /SNATTA WB and Shri Suresh Kumar CS/SNATTA CTD were also present.The discussion went very positive as Establishment Section assured the process has already started.Estt. Section will soon issue DO letter to all Circles about current vaccancy positions.Our SNATTA Circle Leaders are also requested to be in touch of their Circle HQ so that vaccancy positions may be calculated and sent as soon as possible.

Summary of CEC Meeting :-

SNATTA WB team has been successful in putting the main agenda of JTO LICE for 2016-17 and 2017-18  and its regularization and also raised other burning issues of JEs. CS /SNATTA WB put all the issues and demands in the CEC meeting successfully.
