On 27th January'2022 Our Circle Secretary Mr.Himanshu Shekher Jha and VP-SNATTA WB  cum OS-SNATTA CHQ Mr.PriyaRanjan Kumar   along with Dist.President /CAL SSA Mr.Sumit Kumar met with  DGM (HR) Mam with a Diary and Calendar to wish her New year 2022  and the team had a detailed discussions and expected her kind cooperation   in every positive aspects of JEs in West Bengal.

Later the Team Met GM/ HR sir and wished him a Happy New Year with Diary and Calendar and a detailed discussions is also expected from him via suitable appointment regarding HR issues of JEs and He immediately agreed on it .

Next the Team met with AGM/HR ,SDE/HR and presented them Diary and Calendar to wish New year.

Minutes of SNATTA WEST BENGAL TELECOM CIRCLE Executive Committee meeting held on 30/10/2021

SNATTA West Bengal Telecom Circle Executive Committee meeting has been successfully conducted at Recreation Club Toom ,9^th Floor, Territy Bazar ,Telephone Kendra Kolkata on 30/10/21(Saturday).Meeting started with the speech of Mr. Abhishek Rana/ Circle Working President-SNATTA WBTC. He addressed the Executive Members and Representatives of all SSAs Present at that Meeting .He mostly focused on the Restructuring Order, JTO LICE,3^rd PRC         

related issues and thereafter , Refund of Security  Deposit of NEW JEs are also scrutinized as most of the cases are settled. NEW SSA Body of Jalpaiguri is being proposed during the ongoing    process infront of the house. Moreover , He urged each and every DR JEs to get united and to maintain the utmost UNITY among the JE Cadre.

 Later on , Mr. Priya Ranjan Kumar /VP-SNATTA WBTC and Mr.Vikash Kr Jaiswal -ACS/ SNATTA  WBTC also addressed the house  subsequently followed by other Executive Members  and Representatives of other SSAs.

Mrs. Madhuparna Roy/Circle Treasurer-SNATTA WBTC presented the detailed Circle fund status and also presented the scenario of Fund collection  from different SSA by presented the detailed report  upto 29/10/21 and She also urged the remaining SSAs to take special effort to complete the due fund collection by mentioning its importance to run an Association.

Then Mr. Abhishek Rana and Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha along with the whole House Welcomed Mr. Suresh Kumar/GS-SNATTA CHQ and requested him to enlighten some facts about the proceedings and He elaborately discussed the agendas of the meeting and CHQ’s proceedings on it .He mainly highlighted on the fact of Restructuring ,JTO LICE and in NEPP issue and asked for full cooperation to make it success and also stated the stand on the 3^rd PRC wage Negotiation infront of the Management and Recognized Unions to get the best possible Pay Structure and further to avoid any kind of Pay Loss to DR JEs. He concluded with the appreciation of the activities being carried out by the SNATTA WB.

Getting all the points, Mr. Himanshu Shekher Jha /CS-SNATTA WBTC  summarized all the agenda points and other issues raised by the members and discussed all the issues in details. He again gave the full focus on JTO LICE matter and sanctioned post VRS Strength after Restructuring and urged GS/SNATTA to take special initiative to make it happen at the earliest and also expressed the full hearted support ,on behalf of SNATTA WB, in any kind of UNITED fight for the right JEs in near future. In continuation, He discussed some details on the Circle related issues like Pending Confirmation Cases of NEW JEs and Security Deposit Refund cases . As He is in constant touch with Circle Management to get it clear  within short frame of time as per the information received from the Members. He also mentioned the fund status taking reference of the statement being made by the Circle Treasurer and asked every SSA to cooperate.

He concluded his speech by appreciating the Newly Elected District Body SNATTA Jalpaiguri  and recommended for its Official approval to SNATTA CHQ and asked all JEs of West Bengal to be united for the upcoming Hurdle by taking Oath to give full support to CHQ in their proceedings for the welfare of JEs.

The Meeting was concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mr. Abhishek Rana-CWP/SNATTA WBTC.

29.09.2021- Team SNATTA visited Corporate Office, New Delhi on 27.09.2021 & 28.09.2021

 Minutes of the Meeting with GM (Restructuring) , GM (ESTT. ) ,GM (Recruitment) & GM(SR)--

During the Visit of Corporate Office, Suresh Kumar/GS along with Himanshu Shekher Jha/CS WBTC and Prashant Prabhat had a meeting with Mr. Manish kumar, GM(Restructuring) at first and It was learnt that the finalisation of Restructuring is on the hand of CMD and DIR(HR) and his office has no idea of its exact time line. when it was asked about the JTO LICE, He answered it can be possible after Restructuring, but they have no idea about the out of turn decisions taken for JTO to SDE Promotion prior to Restructuring as the decision has been taken by CMD and DIR (HR) .Next we have discussed about NEPP issue, He agreed  and made it clear that there is no any relation between restructuring and NEPP. The issue is genuine and it may be discussed with DIR( HR) for the settlement. 

After getting no fruitful reply, We had a long conversation with Mr. Saurabh Tyagi/ GM (ESTT.) regarding the same, his answer is same that it can be possible after Restructuring and when asked about the exceptional case of JTO to SDE promotion order prior to Restructuring, His answer is also same as GM (Restructuring) to refer CMD and DIR (HR).We discussed regarding vacancy anomaly created by giving JTO to SDE promotions prior to Restructuring made confusing situation to conduct JTO LICE as practically no vacancy is there to promote. After that we told all the details regarding anamoly in NEPP for direct recuitee JEs. Again He demanded to submit about the anomalies in NEPP and our proposal for the reformation in the policy in written clearly, we have told him the proposal will be submitted as soon although many letters have been written before for the same. 

We also met with Mrs. Smita Luthra, GM(Rectt), As per GM (Recruitment), She is prepare to conduct exam as soon as direction received from establishment section. No any delay will happen from her side:

Lastly we have discussed with GM(SR), Mrs. Anita Johri for the appointment of DIR (HR) for the discussion regarding HR related issues and also we told her everything in details, after discussion she told us that she will inform  for the formal meeting with DIR(HR) as soon. 

Any decision will be taken for the next steps after the meeting with DIR (HR) but we have to be prepare for full support to our beloved Association in every way if we want justice and welfare for JE Cadre

Formal meeting of SNATTA WB delegates with Hon'ble CGM/WB along with GM(HR), DGM(HR) and other circle administration of WBTC on 20th Jan & 21st Jan'2021.

.First of all(dtd- 20.01.2021) SNATTA-WB delegation team led by Mr.Himanshu Shekher Jha/CS-SNATTA WB along with Mr.Abhishek Rana/Circle Working President SNATTA WB, Mr. Vikash Kumar Jaiswal/ACS SNATTA WB, Mr. Priya Ranjan Kumar/VP- SNATTA WB and Miss. Kavita Saha/Member/SNATTA WB met with Hon’ble CGM/WB. Mr.Himanshu jee wished him a happy new year 2021 with  bookey, diary & our association calendar-2021 and then after we've had a fascinating and important discussions regarding development of BSNL/WBTC along with some key development issues like stability in Backbone Links to FTTH Customer base and 4G BTS and  HR issues of JEs.

Hon'ble CGM Sir appreciated the delegation team of SNATTA WB for this types of efforts & development issues that  are aimed to bring changes the situation of BSNL. 

After that delegation team  met  GM(HR) & DGM(HR) with diary & calender and  discussed on HR issue reqarding the Confirmation case of NEW JEs . Actually every Data of all JEs are ready but few JEs have some anomalies in Documents, which are already asked and will be received within next week .DGM(HR) sorted  out this issue and told us that they will submit it for the approval from competent authority and will publish in Sancharika. 

Then on 2nd day(dtd- 21.01.2021) delegation team met with  AGM(HR)/WBTC ,SDE( STAFF-II)/WBTC  with new year diary & calendar-2021 of SNATTA WB  and facilated him. They appreciated us and assured to solve our HR issues in future from their side and as JTO LICE VACANCY Calculation process was initiated by Corporate Office, It will be sent from WBTC within the due time to BSNL CO ND. Therefore our SNATTAWB team completed formal meeting with Circle administration and thanks to all for their appreciation.

Minutes of General Body Meeting of SNATTA-CALCUTTA SSA held on 25/01/2020(Saturday)

The meeting has been successfully conducted at Recreation Club Room,3rd Floor, Telephone Bhawan, Kolkata on 25th January 2020(from 2:30 pm onward).

Meeting started with the speech of Mr. Vikash Kr. Jaiswal/DS-SNATTA CAL SSA, and addressed the members of CAL SSA, he briefly described all the burning issues of JEs of CAL SSA.                                                                     

On special request Mr. Suresh Kumar/General Secretary-SNATTA also attended the meeting. He addressed the house and elaborately described on NEPP issues of JEs, JTO LICE, Post VRS Scenario, legitimate demands of JEs and etc in brief. SNATTA CAL SSA is thankful to our GS for attending and addressing the meeting.                                                                                  

Very good discussion were made by every members about all important agendas.                                                                                                                     

Mr.Himanshu Shekher Jha/CS-SNATTA WB addressed the meeting and described points of agenda of the meeting. He focused on JTO LICE, HR related issues of JEs, fund collection, post VRS Scenario under CAL SSA and other issues.                                                                

The post of District Treasurer was vacant due to Miss. Madhuparna Roy elected as a Circle Treasurer.Hence, the name of District Treasurer has been proposed by the house and finally elected Miss Pallabi Mukherjee as a District Treasurer of SNATTA-CAL SSA.                                                                   

Miss.Pallabi Mukherjee explained about fund status till date & collected monthly subscription from Jan'19 to Dec'19.                                                      

After that the diary and calendar of 2020 has been distributed among all the members of SNATTA -CAL SSA                                                                  

Lastly the meeting was concluded after vote of thanks by Priya Ranjan Kumar/VP- SNATTA WB.

He focused on JTO LICE and other agendas .

.Mr.Vikash Kr. Jaiswal/ACS-SNATTA WB, Mr.Jay Prakash Narayan /Central Coordinator-SNATTA WB also addressed the house.

Very good presentations were made by circle executive members and representatives of other SSAs .  

 Mr. Suresh Kumar/GS-SNATTA has attended the meeting as a Chief Guest and he got warm welcome by Himanshu Shekher Jha/CS-SNATTA WB with bookey, calendar and diary.

General Secretary addressed the meeting, he elaborately discussed the agendas of the meeting. He focused on JTO LICE Result issues and assured about next JTO LICE Notification will come within March'2020.He also described about NEPP issue, post VRS scenario and other burning issues of JEs. He appreciated the activities of SNATTA WB.

Mr.Himanshu ShekherJha/CS- SNATTA WB fully described in all topics of agendas with full of enthusiasm.  He focused on JTO LICE , role of JEs  in post  VRS scenario, Fund Collection, preparation of agendas for the development in front of circle management. He also shared the achievement of SNATTA WB.

Two(2) no. of  post of circle body were vacant due to transfer of JE and other administrative reason. Mr. Gauri Shankar Prasad/Circle Treasurer-SNATTA WB has been transferred from WBTC and the resignation of  Mr. Gauri Shankar Prasad is accepted in this meeting. Hence, two(2) name has been proposed by the house and finally elected unanimously,Mrs.Madhuparna Roy as a Circle Treasurer and Mr.Ashutosh Kumar as a Asst.Circle Treasurer.

Mrs.Madhuparna Roy explained about fund collection & expenditure upto 31st March'2019 and till date in breif.She mentioned the importance of fund for running our association in proper and accelerated way.

The meeting was concluded after a vote of thanks by Mr.Priya RanjanKumar/Circle Vice president.

General  meeting cum get together meeting of SNATTA Kharagpur SSA was held on 16-01-2020 at DTAX Building, Kharagpur from 2 pm onward.  Almost all members of SNATTA KGP SSA were present in the meeting.

The meeting started with the speech of MR.JAYPRAKASH NARAYAN, DS-SNATTA KGP SSA. He described all the issues and agendas of SNATTA.

Also members met together and share their views respectively. Calendar have been distributed among the members present there. Discussion regarding post VRS scenario, fund collection and some local issues were discussed and also put emphasis on how our organization can grow further. Finally it ended with a success.

23.11.2019:- MINUTES OF FORMAL MEETING OF SNATTA-WB DELEGATES WITH HON'BLE CGM- WBTC ,DATED ON 22/11/2019

      It is informed to all members of SNATTA WB that one delegation team led by Mr.Himanshu Shekher Jha/CS- SNATTA WB with other SNATTA members met with Hon'ble CGM/WBTC  by facilitating a bookey on 22th November 2019.Mr. Abhishek Rana/Circle Working President- SNATTA WB cum AGS/SNATTA CHQ  was also present in this formal meeting.

They raised several development issues like FTTH ,Mobile BTS  & it's signal problem , Pending outstanding amount of electric bills and rent of hired buildings,etc..

He told us that main problems behind this is fund crisis and it will be solved shortly in coming months.He appreciated SNATTA Members for all type of initiatives regarding betterment of services of BSNL, West Bengal.

He also focused on increasing the FTTH connections and  no. of LCOs across the West bengal circle.He mentioned that he will support us whenever needed.Also a letter has submitted to Hon'ble CGM by SNATTA WB regarding - Reinstating & strengthening all the services to get better revenue performance of BSNL WBTC.

Lastly our CS/SNATTA WB  heartedly thanked to Hon'ble CGM Sir for giving his valuable time in busy schedule for meeting.

After that delegation met with DGM (HR)/WBTC and discussed  pending HR issues of our JEs .Actually some JEs have not got letter of confirmation after completing 2 years of probation period of service .He told them to submit pending issues through proper channel to concern office & he ensured  to delegation that he will look this issue and also all type of HR related issues.
