A grand successful meeting was superbly organized by CHQ with big support of arrangements by NTR Delhi members. The meeting was attended by CHQ members likely General President, General Secretary, Dy. General Secretary, Asst. General Secretary, Vice-President, Treasurer, Org.Secretaries, etc and Circle members from A.P.Telecom Circle, Bihar, CTD, Chennai Telephones, Kerala, MH, MP, Orissa, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, U.P.West, U.P.East, Haryana, NTR, W.B., etc.
The house discussed about various issues like scheduled JTO lice in 2016, ESM issues, pending one increment of 2007, 2008, 2009 batches of post May 2010 joined ones, etc. About 70 members attended the CEC.After lengthy discussions, a unanimous resolution was passed that to give maximum benefits to maximum members as follows:
1. The house took the decision that JTO LICE exam should be conducted only as per JTO(T) RR 2014.
2. The whole house convinced that at no point there is no seniority loss with RR2014 single exam for combined three years vacancies, which is as scheduled by corporate office management earlier. (As the results and selection against vacancy year will be announced by management as similar to 2013 JTO LICE results.)
3. The house also discussed all the pros and cons of the procedure of LICE exams whether it is on Combined Vacancies or Year wise Vaccancies.House has given full authority to GS to take decision on which process SNATTA will approach management to conduct the exam. CHQ will write representations to management, unions and associations to support that decision of conducting LICE exam as per RR2014 in 2016 and also to defend the court cases timely by management.
4. The house also discussed to abide with any decisions taken by GS, from time to time for the best welfare of whole association.
5. The house also discussed to write representation regarding ESM issue: that to regularize ESM members of JTO LICE 2013 passed members in the same manner as how OJTOs(2001 JTO LICE passed in excess to vacancies of that time and phase-1 trained) was(/are going to be) regularised with RR2014 as one time absorption. So, an amendment is required in this (with/without BOD approval).
6. The house also discussed to submit to management that requirement of some amendments in RR2014 that will solve Kerala CAT case and also ESM issues.
7. The house also discussed on various all other issues to write representations to management and to address our long pending issues on every occasions.
