27-05-2017: yesterday a tele conference meeting was held at 9 pm among circle executive body....almost all the members were present....discussion took place regarding next course of action ..all the members are in mood to handover the responsibility to the juniors..only thing is that the proper timimg of transition to be fixed because we want to handover to the proper leadership so that it be continued for long...

a physical circle executive body meeting may be arranged by 7 th june,2017..we shall inform after completion of arrangement....
