a brainstorming discussion took place in confrence meeting during more tha 90 minutes almost all circle office bearer were present
discussion agenda was as below:
1) AIC delegates/union formation/ our stand
2) strengthen circle fund/regular collection of circle fund
the following agenda is included for next meeting
1) formation of joint committee with Calcutta telephones
2) formation of Circle core committee
3) distrbution of responsibility between Circle office bearers/responsibilty fix up
