16-12-2013: the members who are from distant place.. there is nothing to be worried as there will sufficient & well lodging and fooding arramgement.....we are preparing for IQ and Hotels....but the number of member who will attend is to be known very soon... so all DSs are requested to inform the name and SSA and their phone number within next seven days.... otherwise we shall be in a problem of arranegment... treat this as most urgent.....
