Yesterday on 14-06-2015 at 9 pm Circle
Executive committee meeting was
successfully done with presence of all the members of the committee..a very
good discussion held regarding the agendas taken…we appreciate the enthusiasm
of the members…the following decision taken:
1) A teleconference is to be arranged
between Circle Executive members and All India President, GS, DGS and Treasurer…on
Saturday, 20th june, 2015 at 9 pm sharp…
2) A post named Webadmin is created in
Circle executive committee and sri Ratul Acharjee of Siliguri, Webadmin is
included in Cirle Executive committee..
3) The Committees which was formed for
various purpose is to be activated…
5) Rest part of SSA body to be
formed as early as possible…as
such the responsibility will be distributed so soon.
6) rest agendas which are not discussed due to shortage of time will be discussed in next meeting
