The CEC of SNATTA WBTC
was conducted very successfully on 22nd August 2015, with presence of all CEC members in
addition to SSA leaders of almost all SSAs.
SNATTA/WB congratulated exclusive presence of the
newcomers. We congratulate the entire delegates exclusively those who came
after an overnight journey. Sri Anup Mukherjee (GS, SNATTA CHQ) along with Sri
Sandeep Parui (Web Secretary SNATTA CHQ), Sri Saikat Majhi (CS, SNATTA CTD),
Sri Sankar Sanyal, (CC SNATTA CTD) flourished the bench.
President
SNATTA/WB, Sri Jagannath Sarkar, started the meeting, with a welcome speech. Sri
Amit Khan, CS SNATTA/WB and Sri Debasish Chakraborty CC SNATTA/WB express all
the situation of circle and CHQ in detail and thereafter asked individually for
their comments. After prolonged discussion following decision taken:
Discussion took place
agenda wise details of which is mentioned below:
1. Discussion on pending issues of CHQ: SNATTA/WB decided to extend all sort of
support towards CHQ for resolution of the pending issues like wage disparity,
JTO LICE, NEPP and superannuation benefits etc. GS Sri Anup Mukherjee gave us a
detailed status of chq on pending issues and further course of action. We
requested CHQ to act more on the issues.
2. JTO LICE issue:
Detailed discussion took place regarding the hurdles on JTO LICE like Madras
High Court Verdict, implementation of JTO RR2014, JTO RR2001. GS told that CHQ
is in a mode to cater every action required for our career.
SNATTA/WB decided to give extreme support to CHQ for JTO LICE case.
SNATTA/WB feels no space should be given to anyone for hampering our
career growth. In our circle we need to monitor the vacancy calculation. The
committee on JTO LICE vacancy calculation is to be initiated without any delay.
Sri Debashish Chakrabarty, the head of the committee was requested to initiate.
3. Activity and
revision of circle body: it was unanimously decided no one of circle body
member will have lethargy or irresponsible attitude to his responsibility towards
SNATTA. It’s also decided to replace some CEC members with new one that will be
notified separately. The committees formed for various purposes should be
reactivated. Sri Gourhari Banik has been
chosen as convener of Jalpaiguri.
Sri Atanu Roy has been chosen as convener of Burdwan division.
4. Necessary actions
need to be taken for inactive SSA body: it is decided to implement certain plans
to activate the less active Body. The responsibility given for the purpose as
below: a) Berhampore: Swati Das of Malda and Gopal Mahaptra of Kharagpur b)
Coochbehar: Gourhari Banik of Jalpaiguri
c) Gangtok: Sukumar Chanda of Raiganj d) Burdwan: Atanu Roy of Burdwan e)
Asansol: Debashish Chakrabarty & Ajoy Baskey and Bidyut Roy of Durgapur
5. Fund management: it
is decided to collect residual part of previous declaration at the time of AIC through
which the previous FY is to be completed ad hoc basis up to 31-03-2015. Our monthly
subscription was Rs.30 per month of which 15 to be kept in SSA fund and rest 15
to be sent to Circle then circle will kept 10 and rest 5 will be sent to CHQ.
As we decided at the time of AIC that we will collect one year subscription
along with Rs. 140 for donation to AIC contribution head i.e. Rs.500/- per
head. But the phase was not completely done. Maximum SSA except Raiganj
(Raiganj deposited full) deposited partially according to their members. Hence
all SSA head have to deposit the residual part in accordance with the number of
members within 30th Sept, 2015 without any failure.
6. One increment order
implementation: the circle body pursued the case for endorsement and the same
was done by the circle office on 25-07-2015. Now it is to be pursued as SSA level.
If any problem arises circle body will take up.
7. The case of
ESMs: SNATTA/WB will extend all sort of co-operation for their case to be
settled. Hope their training will be started so soon. SNATTA/WB congratulated
for their iconic movement.
