Today a GB meeting was held in Siliguri SSA. at Power Plant , Main Telephone Exchange Siliguri. Most of the members joined the meeting with full enthusiasm and a fruitful discussion held regarding the agenda . The minutes of the meeting are as follows.
1) CHQ and Circle fund will be cleared as per Circle guidelines
2) Continuation of persuasions for Stipend Arear , EPF contribution for training period and one increment issue.
3) meet SDE/HRD in mass next Monday (on 14/9/2015) at 1.00 pm as a part of persuasion
4) Hill allowance arear case of shri swapan Barman will be pursued in near future.
5) CUG recharge issue in Hills area is expected to be solved in near future.
