28-06-2013: regarding..fitment case....in our Circle only fewSC/ST candidates has send the application to SC/ST Commission regarding wage loss. although the instruction was given 6 month back...asking any more on what leaders are doing.you first are being asked to do your job....some people of mangalore did it and now SC/ST commission asked CGM to solve.. in such way if all circle made it, then our demand will have more weigtage... it is you to understood.. only facebook comments/mail cant solve ur problem...try to do something....

EFFECT OF MEETING WITH DIR HR by SNATTACHQ
As Per Request of SNATTACHQ BSNL Co. Issued direction for handling cases filed against JTO LICE examination & result . Instruction issued to circles by SNATTACHQ to provide the same order to circle office and to your Advocates for proper and timely reply to handle court cases.
MEETING WITH DIR HR REGARDING WAGE LOSS AND COURT CASE IN WEST BENGAL
1) Wage erosion of employees entering in the PSU on 01-01-2007 or thereafter:-
The Director (HR) was apprised of the meeting of 24th with the CMD. A letter of
NPCC Ltd. Dt.-03-06-2011 was also handed over to Director (HR) in which such
staff appointed on or after 01-01-2007 were also granted fitment by the said
PSU. The same procedure be adopted in BSNL.
Director (HR) indicated for formation of a committee to resolve the issue.
JTO/LICE held on 02-06-2013
(i) A detailed representation containing discrepancies in questions of various
circles were placed before him, who agreed to get the points examined.
(ii) Stay on declaration of result at Kolkata:- The Director (HR) was informed
about the “Stay”. He agreed to look into the matter union will persue the
matter further.
(iii) LICE for promotion to JTO Cadre in Karnataka:-The Director(HR) was
informed that due to “stay” LICE has not taken place. Union representative
urged for vacation of “Stay” and holding the examination.

NEW DELHI: State-run telecom operatorBSNL has signed four international roaming agreements in May with service providers in Bahrain, Guinea and Saudi Arabia.

14.06.2013: Bankura SSA Divisional Meeting held on 14.06.2013 at about 4:00 pm.
Nearly all members were present. Asst. Circle Secretary, WBTC Sri Sourav Dutta attended the meeting. very conclusive discussions of TTAs took place along with collection of funds etc. Thanks to all members of Bankura SSA for keeping up its strength and support to SNATTA.

14.06.2013: GoM discusses ways to revive BSNL and MTNL
The inter-ministerial group looking at reviving the state-run telecom operators met for the first time on Wednesday but could not reach any decision. The telecom department made a presentation to the group of ministers on refunding Rs 12,846 crore to BSNL and MTNL for surrender of BWA spectrum and made a case for sharing a large chunk of MTNL's Rs 7,500-crore pension liability to ease the telcos currently reeling under financial pressure...

12.06.2013: Meeting with CGM/WBTC held on 11th June 2013.
SNATTA/wb and NFTE leaders met CGM on 11th June 2013.
The discussions were as follows:
1. SNATTA asked for provision of service mobile connections for some SSA is yet to give and the proposal are send to circle for approval. GM(HR) replied that, the proposal not approved due to proposal send is not at per with circular. He said to pursue for rectify and send from SSA to circle, then it will be approved soon.
2. Discussion made about the further court case filed by off. JTOs, SNATTA urged to CGM to defend the case so that results may be declared. We are informed that administration is committed to defend and necessary action will be taken for publish the result.

Direct Recruit TTA. Time has come to just put down your head and think about
the future of DRTTAs, because this wage loss is forever. So friends please give
priority of SNATTA and don’t get misguided by the FORUM Leadership. Now the
forum leaders started telling that due to court case filed by SNATTA, the
process of wage reduction has been stopped. This is totally a blind lie. Now we
have to fight tooth and nail to extract our legal due that is 30% fitment.

07.06.2013: Core Committee meeting of SNATTA/wb was held on 06.06.2013.
The following decision was taken:
1. After JTO-LICE, found litigation/Hurdles is being raised by our against part. also 30% fitment case pending and some other cases are pending at various CAT. To prepare ourselves ready to fight
to save our demands or justice, requirement of sufficient fund is very urgent in our circle account as some cases filled by our enemies may be fought in West Bengal CAT, it is decided to collect 300 (the residual part of 300) per member + a some of donation Rs. 700 /per members who have appeared in JTO-LICE.
2. Within next 15 days Circle executive committee members will visit the SSA body and discuss/mobilize/clarify our issues with all the members so that our unity may be tighten. And all SSA office bearers are requested to arrange meeting within next 15 days and intimate our circle body so that our circle members may attend the meeting.

COURT CASE FILLED BY OFFICIATING JTOs in KOLKATA CAT
AS PER THE KOLKATA CAT ORDER THE RESULT OF JTO LICE WILL NOT BE DECLARED UP TO THE FINAL DECISION OF OA NO-488 DTD. 30-05-2013. SO FRIENDS BE READY FOR FIGHT . DON'T THINK CHQ WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND WE WILL GET THE FRUIT. THERE IS NO BASE IN THAT CASE BUT THEY CAN MAKE IT UN-NECESSARY DELAY. SO CONTACT WITH YOUR CIRCLE LEADER'S URGENTLY.

06-05-2013: if any matter recurred like the case of ESM where snatta certificate for appearing JTO LICE was needed, we have issued the same very sympathetically to some of them but freinds mind that to make existance of snatta, the snatta office bearers had to expend their valuable time , money , devotion etc.. and if you do not make company with us, we shall surely will not be accompanied with you when you need snatta...... so come on freinds who are yet waiting ....snatta is yours..save it...
06-05-2013: All Circle Executive member and district Executive members are requested to update their fund immediately..a strict decision is being taken very soon..regarding collection of fund....before all query ask yourself wheather you are deposting fund properly...? SNATTA WB will take necessary steps regarding this.. as without fund the association may not run..and this association have to run for the interest of TTAs.. we cant allow any damage to snatta...if anything found damaging to snatta.. we shall prevent/ avoid / remove the element.

03.06.2013: Exciting News about 30% fitment court case. The certified copy from the honorable CAT, Chandigarh issued today in favor of TTAs.
CAT Chandigarh issued the certified copy of the order about 30% fitment.
The main detail are as-
The O.A. shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority (BSNL) to take a decision on the Annexures A-6 & A-7 within three months from today (ie. 08-05-2013)
**The Annexures A-6 & A7 are the detailed representations submitted by SNATTA justifying its demand for 30% Fitment as well as the steady loss in salary and EPF contribution along with other details.
**It is worthwhile to mention that the certified true copy was issued by Deputy Registrar, CAT Chandigarh on dated 29th May 2013 only due to administrative red tape.
the scanned copy of the order will be uploaded soon.

3.06.2013: All ESM candidates of West Bengal Circle was appeared in JTO-LICE on 02.06.2013 as per Court verdict. The case was filled by SNATTA. And it was mandatory for them to be a member of SNATTA and a certificate from CC SNATTA/WB was required for appearing in JTO-LICE.
So all the Dr. TTAs are again requested to participate in full in any activities of SNATTA to save their identity and interest.

03.06.2013- LTO-LICE completed peacefully. A meeting was arranged at CTTC, Telecom Recreation Club about 02:00 PM on 02.06.2013. Almost all the members of SNATTA who have appeared in LTO-LICE gathered fully. The hall was of full crowd. All the TTAs present in the meeting claps on completion of JTO-LICE. The photos and the details will be uploaded later.
CS/ WBTC Amit Khan, CC B. N. Singh, Circle President Jagadish Paul, Circle treasurer Subodh Mandal, Kolkata SSA Seceratory Pradip Mandy, Kolkata SSA President Pritam Khan and others addressed the meeting. We congratulate all of them for victory of our unity.
