1) Wage erosion of employees entering in the PSU on 01-01-2007 or thereafter:-
The Director (HR) was apprised of the meeting of 24th with the CMD. A letter of
NPCC Ltd. Dt.-03-06-2011 was also handed over to Director (HR) in which such
staff appointed on or after 01-01-2007 were also granted fitment by the said
PSU. The same procedure be adopted in BSNL.
Director (HR) indicated for formation of a committee to resolve the issue.
JTO/LICE held on 02-06-2013
(i) A detailed representation containing discrepancies in questions of various
circles were placed before him, who agreed to get the points examined.
(ii) Stay on declaration of result at Kolkata:- The Director (HR) was informed
about the “Stay”. He agreed to look into the matter union will persue the
matter further.
(iii) LICE for promotion to JTO Cadre in Karnataka:-The Director(HR) was
informed that due to “stay” LICE has not taken place. Union representative
urged for vacation of “Stay” and holding the examination.
