The following decision was taken:
1. After JTO-LICE, found litigation/Hurdles is being raised by our against part. also 30% fitment case pending and some other cases are pending at various CAT. To prepare ourselves ready to fight
to save our demands or justice, requirement of sufficient fund is very urgent in our circle account as some cases filled by our enemies may be fought in West Bengal CAT, it is decided to collect 300 (the residual part of 300) per member + a some of donation Rs. 700 /per members who have appeared in JTO-LICE.
2. Within next 15 days Circle executive committee members will visit the SSA body and discuss/mobilize/clarify our issues with all the members so that our unity may be tighten. And all SSA office bearers are requested to arrange meeting within next 15 days and intimate our circle body so that our circle members may attend the meeting.
